Thaw under refrigeration, then prior to cooking let it reach room temperature.
Rub both sides with your preferred oil to prevent drying or sticking.
To lock in natural flavors and juices, sear both sides over high heat, then reduce to medium heat to complete cooking.
Use tongs to turn your beef.
Using a fork will drain natural juices.
Remove from grill, pan or oven 10 degrees before it reaches the desire temperature, and let it sit for 8-10 minutes.
